Cambridgeshire County Council (CCC) and Peterborough City Council (PCC) are running an Adult Social Care information survey during the next month. The survey is to help both councils improve their information services.
The survey is running for four weeks from Monday 13 September. The closing date for the survey is: Sunday 10 October 2021.
We want to ensure that adults who may need our support services can find the information that they need. Therefore it would be very helpful if you could provide feedback on your experiences of looking for information.
The survey is happening for two reasons:
1. As part of work being carried out for the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Adult Social Care Forum’s shared action plan, which has a priority about:
o Concerns around digital inclusion / exclusion and the impact this has on people's ability to know where to go for information, advice and signposting help.
2. As a follow-up to the findings of the 2020 Adult Social Care Service User Survey (which is held nationally on an annual basis) which showed that the percentage of Cambridgeshire County Council service users who found it fairly or very easy to find information about support and services had gone down compared to the previous year and that the Cambridgeshire percentage was lower than the reported national average percentage figure.
